Analysis of Multi-Antenna GNSS Receiver Performance under Jamming Attacks

open access: yesSensors, 2016
Although antenna array-based Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers can be used to mitigate both narrowband and wideband electronic interference sources, measurement distortions induced by array processing methods are not suitable for high ...

Serpentine array processing [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1993
Often one must determine the wave-number spectra of complicated spatial wave fields, which contain significant energy propagating in a broad range of directions. In this case a single linear array must be steered to endfire to compute some of the wave numbers of interest.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Lorentzian Operator for Angular Source Localization with Large Array

open access: yesJournal of Telecommunications and Information Technology, 2015
Source localization problem consists of an ensemble of techniques that are used to obtain spatial information of present radiation in given medium of propagation, with a constraint of the antenna geometry and the characteristics of radiating sources ...

Array Processing for Radar: Achievements and Challenges

open access: yes, 2013
Array processing for radar is well established in the literature, but only few of these algorithms have been implemented in real systems. The reason may be that the impact of these algorithms on the overall system must be well understood.

Chameleon sequences reveal structural effects in proteins representing micelle‐like distribution of hydrophobicity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status
