The crystal structure of Pb5(As3+O3)Cl7from the historic slags of Lavrion, Greece – a novel Pb(II) chloride arsenite

open access: yes, 2011
The crystal structure of new lead chloride arsenite, Pb5(As3+O3)Cl7[orthorhombic,Pbcn, a =16.894(2),b =10.913 (1),c =16.760(2) Å,V =3090.1(7) Å3], from the historic slags of Lavrion, Greece, has been solved by direct methods and refined toR1= 0.069.

<報文>25℃における Sr (II)-As (III, V)-H_2O 系の平衡

open access: yes, 2010
application/pdfStability and solubility of two strontium arsenites and four strontium arsenates have been determined as a function of pH by equilibrating mixtures of strontium hydroxide with arsenious or arsenic acid solution at 25℃.

Acetylcholinesterase: inhibition by tetranitromethane and arsenite. Binding of arsenite by tyrosine residues.

open access: yesJournal of Biological Chemistry, 1985
Tetranitromethane inhibits acetylcholinesterase with respect to the hydrolysis of both acetylthiocholine and indophenyl acetate. The loss of activity with indophenyl acetate, a poor substrate, is preceded by an increase in enzyme activity. Only 12 of the 21 tyrosine residues/monomer of enzyme are susceptible to nitration.

Separation of iodine, arsenic (III) and tellurium (VI) by paper chromatography

open access: yes, 1962
Ascending paper chromatography was used for the separation of iodides, arsenites and tellurates. The method was used to check the purity of iodine-131. A methylalcohol-water mixture in a proportion of 9:1 was used as a solvent.Digitised at the Library of

Studies of Solutions of Borates, Arsenites and Tellurates.

open access: yes, 2018
The sorption of borate, arsenite and tellurate ions on a strongly basic anion-exchanger in the chloride form was investigated by means of a series of equilibrium experiments.

Arsenic migration and water uptake in multilayer painting systems

open access: yes, 2017
Orpiment and realgar are yellow and red arsenic sulphide pigments that have been used since antiquity in works of art until the 19thcentury, when their use was restricted due to their toxicity. With time, these pigments degrade to form colourless arsenic

Digestion methods for speciation analysis of toxicologically important forms of arsenic in tissue by hydride generation with cryotrapping and atomic absorption spectrometry

open access: yes, 2010
This diploma thesis develops methodology of arsenic speciation analysis by selective hydride generation with cryotrapping and atomic absorption spectrometry. Using this technique it is possible to determine toxicologically important forms of arsenic, i.e
