General Screening Rules and Segmented Optimization Strategy for Efficient Thermoelectric Devices Validated by Mg3(Sb,Bi)2/Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3‐GeTe Module

By leveraging the materials' compatibility, optimized matching relationships are established to enhance the performance of segmented thermoelectric devices. To validate this approach, a segmented thermoelectric generator is fabricated incorporating n‐type Mg3(Sb,Bi)2 and p‐type Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3‐GeTe.

Noble Metal Nanoparticles Anchored on Transition Metal Phosphides for Effective pH‐Universal Hydrogen Evolution

Seven types of noble metal‐transition metal phosphide hybrids are analyzed through theoretical calculations. Based on these theoretical results, a promising Pt‐CoP hybrid is prepared, consisting of strongly coupled Pt nanoparticles and CoP nanowires connected by robust Pt─P─Co bonds.

Development of a Nb‐Based Semiconductor‐Superconductor Hybrid 2DEG Platform

Development of a new hybrid material using Nb and NbTi superconductors on an InAs quantum well using an epitaxial Al interlayer to prevent intermixing. Optimizing this structure lead to high‐quality interfaces and resulted in a Josephson junction with an induced superconducting gap of 1.0 meV.
