Rapid and Ultra‐Sensitive SARS‐CoV‐2 Subgenomic RNA Detection Using Single‐Molecule With a Large Transistor‐SiMoT Bioelectronic Platform

The single‐molecule with a large transistor‐SiMoT is proposed for the detection of the subgenomic RNA of SARS‐CoV‐2, achieving a diagnostic sensitivity of 98.0% and a specificity of 87.8%. The SiMoT technology, currently at TRL‐5, is suitable for point‐of‐care settings and delivers the result to the end user in 30 min.

Fabrication and Characterization of Ga2O3 FinFETs on Patterned Silicon Substrate

This study presents a Ga2O3‐based FinFET fabricated on a patterned silicon substrate using ALD. Electrical measurements reveal that post‐deposition annealing at 450 °C significantly improves the device performance, yielding a high Ion/Ioff ratio of 8.3 × 107, enhanced mobility of 8.5 cm2 V−1 s, and a breakdown voltage exceeding 200 V.

Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 Tunneling Heterojunction for High‐Performance, Polarization‐Sensitive, and Broadband Infrared Photodetector

An optimal dynamic balance between carrier lifetime and transit time is achieved in the Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 tunneling heterojunction, which simultaneously attains high responsivity (>103 A W−1) and a fast response time (≈5 µs).
