Phytochemistry, 1973Artemisia scoparia collected south of Belgrade was used. Capillin, 1-phenyl-2,4-hexa-diyne-1-ol, vanillin, and scoparone were isolated. All compounds were identified by direct comparison with authentic materials, by m.m.p., co-chromatography (TLC) and IR and NMR analysis.

Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, 1987The allergenic proteins of Artemisia scoparia pollen were separated and identified with ammonium sulfate precipitation, ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration, and RAST-inhibition techniques.
