Nanomaterial‐Based Precision Medicine for Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment

open access: yesChemNanoMat, Volume 11, Issue 11, November 2025.
This research emphasizes the use of targeted precision medicine in the treatment of breast cancer. Through the integration of diagnosis and therapeutic delivery, nanocarriers are designed to selectively target cancer cells, preserving healthy tissue, thereby improving treatment effectiveness and reducing side effects.

Patch Area and Soil Resource Availability Outweigh Heterogeneity in Shaping Karst Plant Diversity During Early Restoration

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 11, November 2025.
Patch area strongly influenced species and phylogenetic diversity in karst areas. Soil resource availability increased species and phylogenetic diversity. Soil nutrient heterogeneity shaped phylogenetic structure in early karst restoration. Patch shape and soil resource quantity outweighed heterogeneity in karst diversity.

Incidental Ingestion of Plant‐Dwelling Arthropods by Sheep and Cattle in the Same Habitat

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 7, July 2025.
In this study, a DNA metabarcoding analysis of fecal samples reveals the frequent incidental ingestion of plant‐dwelling arthropods by sheep and cattle foraging in the same habitat. Sheep and cattle ingest different varieties of arthropods. The incidental ingestion of arthropods by these large herbivores reflects their distinct dietary preferences ...

Tracking Ungulate Diet: Comparing Observational and DNA Metabarcoding Tools

open access: yesEnvironmental DNA, Volume 7, Issue 4, July–August 2025.
Our study evaluates the diets of large mammalian herbivores by comparing traditional observations with DNA metabarcoding analyses of plants and plant‐dwelling arthropods. While plant DNA metabarcoding reliably identifies dietary preferences, arthropod‐derived plant information is less accurate compared to traditional methods.

Who's the boss? Understanding the spatial relationship between snow leopard and Eurasian lynx in southern Mongolia

open access: yesWildlife Biology, Volume 2025, Issue 4, July 2025.
Interspecific competition, a fundamental ecological process characterized by negative interactions between species, plays a vital role in shaping ecological communities. Despite the co‐occurrence of the snow leopard Panthera uncia and the Eurasian lynx Lynx lynx across vast landscapes in Asia, their interactions remain poorly understood. In this study,

Allelopathy of aqueous extract from Artemisia scoparia root on seed germination and seedling growth of four Agropyron plants

open access: yes浙江大学学报. 农业与生命科学版, 2019
In order to research the interaction between Artemisia scoparia and other species, we analyzed the allelopathy of different concentrations (0.05, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0, 10.0 mg/mL) of aqueous extract from A.

CCA application for vegetation - environment relationships evaluation in arid environments (southern Khorasan rangelands) [PDF]

open access: yesDesert, 2009
This paper presents a quantitative account of vegetation–environmental factor relationships in arid rangelands. Vegetation cover was recorded using Braun-Blanquet combined abundance-cover scale in each quadrat.
