Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Immunogenicity of ABBV‐154 in Adults With Glucocorticoid‐Dependent Polymyalgia Rheumatica: A Phase 2, Randomized, Double‐Blind, Placebo‐Controlled Trial

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.
Objective An unmet need exists for glucocorticoid‐sparing treatments for patients with polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR). The antibody‐drug conjugate ABBV‐154 comprises adalimumab conjugated to a glucocorticoid receptor modulator. We evaluated ABBV‐154 versus placebo in patients with glucocorticoid‐dependent PMR.

The SMARDDA Approach to Ray-Tracing and Particle Tracking [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
There is an increasing need to model plasma interaction with complex engineered surfaces, notably to verify that power deposition rates are acceptable. The SMARDDA algorithm has been developed to meet this requirement, with particular reference to the neutral beam ducts that feed into the vacuum vessels of tokamaks.

Maintenance of remission after tocilizumab withdrawal in patients with glucocorticoid‐dependent polymyalgia rheumatica

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, Accepted Article.
Objective The SEMAPHORE trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of tocilizumab (TCZ) in glucocorticoid (GC)‐dependent polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR). TCZ reduced GC use and disease activity at 24 weeks. This study aimed to assess relapse rates after stopping TCZ in patients achieving remission at week 24.
