An engineered in vitro platform mimicking stent strut cross‐sectional shapes reveals how geometry influences cell behavior. Sharp‐cornered geometries promote cell proliferation and matrix alignment, while rounded shapes reduce these effects. The findings align with clinical outcomes and suggest intracellular tension as a key driver, offering a ...

This study presents a microfluidic wet spinning technique for producing ultrathin, templated collagen sheets with hierarchical organization at the microscale. The aligned collagen sheets replicate strain‐stiffening behavior associated with native cardiovascular tissues, sup cell attachment and contraction, and enable biofabrication of load‐bearing ...

Flow Analysis in Pathological Microvascular Models by Ultrasound Localization Microscopy
This study presents a new platform combining ultrasound localization microscopy with biomimetic gelatin phantoms to analyze flow dynamics in small vessels with narrowing or obstructions. Using microbubble tracking, the method enables high‐resolution velocity mapping in 100–500 µm channels, revealing flow changes in pathological microvascular conditions
