Insect Molecular Biology, Volume 35, Issue 2, Page 115-125, April 2026.Group I LPMO15‐1 cDNAs from two economically important forest insect pests, M. alternatus and P. hilaris, were cloned. MaLPMO15‐1 and PhLPMO15‐1 show a similar pattern of expression during late stages of development. RNAi for LPMO15‐1 causes failure of adult eclosion in both M. alternatus and P. hilaris.
