In this article, we report a case of complex lower limb malformations, including genu valgus, lower limb shortening, and increased femoral anteversion angle.

Do Meta‐Analyses of Total Hip Arthroplasty Produce Reliable Results? A Systematic Review and Meta‐Epidemiological Study of Statistical Methods

Meta‐analyses of total hip arthroplasty (THA) were reevaluated using eight heterogeneity estimators to assess the risk of false positives. The Hartung–Knapp adjustment reduced estimator dependence, suggesting its use alongside more reliable estimators to improve statistical accuracy.
