Effect of Exercises with Mono- and Multi-Articular Movement on Range of Motion, Muscles Strength, Single-Leg Standing and Gait in Patients with Hip Osteoarthritis

[目的]変形性股関節症に対して単関節,多関節運動をそれぞれ重視したエクササイズが歩行などに及ぼす影響を主に表面筋電図(EMG)を用いて検証した。[対象]変股症と診断された女性18例であった。[方法]チューブバンドによる股関節外転運動にて施行された群を単関節運動群,固有受容器性神経筋促通(PNF)にて施行された群を多関節運動群とした。被検筋は大殿筋,中殿筋,大腿筋膜張筋とし,各群のエクササイズ前後における片脚立位及び歩行時のEMGを計測し統計処理した。[結果]多関節運動群ではエクササイズ後の片脚立位において3筋で有意な筋活動の増大が認められた。歩行時立脚相においては大殿筋,中殿筋の有意な増大を認めた。[結語]本研究により多関節運動による質的アプローチの重要性が示唆された。
