Graded Calorie Restriction Causes Graded Slowing of Epigenetic Ageing in Mice
Graded calorie restriction in male mice modified epigenetic signatures of the liver and slowed ageing rate in a graded manner. ABSTRACT DNA methylation variation is associated with chronological ageing. Calorie restriction (CR) prolongs lifespan and healthspan in many species.

Three‐quarters of patients who underwent ICD/CRT‐D implantation for secondary prevention received appropriate ICD therapy and survived at least 1 year thereafter. In contrast, patients aged 70 or older and those with a history of ventricular fibrillation (VF) were less likely to benefit from secondary prevention with an ICD.

ABSTRACT Background Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is an established treatment for advanced heart failure, but approximately 30% of patients fail to respond. This study aimed to develop and evaluate deep learning models using preimplantation electrocardiogram (ECG) data to predict CRT response.
