Symmetrizing Non-Uniform Noise via Artificial Noise
In this draft, we show how to apply artificial noise to symmetrize asymmetric noise. More precisely, given a non-uniform noise matrix whose off-diagonal entries are upper bounded by δ, we construct a stochastic post-processing matrix P such that the combined noise matrix becomes uniform, with parameter δ ′ slightly larger than δ.
