The authors distil how dimensions of biodiversity drive ecosystem processes with increasing temperature. Specifically, species physiology more greatly affected ecosystem primary production than did foraging behaviour, and physiology mediated non‐additive interactions with temperature.

Australia's Great Barrier Reef is an immense swath of coral made up of about 2,900 reefs, 600 mainland islands, and 300 coral atolls. Hox Gene Variation Drives Morphological Specialization of Humpback Grouper Cromileptes altivelis

Cromileptes altivelis exhibits a distinctive “sunken head and humpback” morphology, formed through cranial remodeling. Genetic analyses identified unique amino acid variants in Hoxa7a and Hoxa10b, with functional tests confirming their role in enhancing osteoblast activity and driving cranial remodeling.
