Precarity and Resistance: Mediating Home across Contemporary Europe through the Short Hybrid Film
Addressing an increasingly globalised housing crisis, European filmmakers have turned their attention to the precarity of home, generating a vast mediascape of activist documentaries, essay films, shorts, and some features.

ABSTRACT Next‐generation implantable neural‐interfacing devices are increasingly constrained by the coupled demands of electrode miniaturization, electrochemical performance, and implantation infection risk. Femtosecond laser–based hierarchical surface restructuring (HSR) technology has emerged as a scalable, manufacturing‐compatible platform for ...

This thesis is an analytical commentary on a portfolio of digital video pieces which together constitute a body of practical research. The aim of that research was to use digital video to make a series of experimental films about the Scottish island of Rum in order to address the following question: How can such films address three things connected ...

A systematic review is conducted to assess the influence of electrode architecture across micro‐ to mesoscopic length scales on electron‐transfer pathways in electrocatalysis. We discuss the structure‐activity relationships in electrocatalytic applications, including resource recovery and environmental remediation, and provide cost‐effective, efficient

Tunable Complementary Doping Strategy Enables High‐Performance Homo‐Channel CMOS in Monolayer WSe2
Polarity‐selective modulation enables a homo‐channel WSe2 CMOS platform from a single 2D semiconductor. MoOx and AlN tune WSe2 toward p‐ and n‐type operation, respectively, yielding complementary FETs and inverters with balanced switching, high voltage gain, low static power, and promising scalability for 2D logic integration.

Tailored Diketopyrrolopyrrole Derivatives for Efficient Deep‐Red Organic Lasers
Tailored diketopyrrolopyrrole derivatives exhibit high stable amplified spontaneous emission with single or dual bands. Incorporated into distributed‐feedback lasers based on one‐ and two‐dimensional dichromated‐gelatin diffractive gratings, these materials provide a robust, flexible platform for integrated organic deep‐red light sources. ABSTRACT Deep‐
