Hexametra angusticaecoides (Nematoda: Ascarididae) is a nematode typically associated with squamate reptiles, particularly lizards (Family Chamaeleonidae, Agamidae, Diplodactylidae). In reptilian hosts, it localizes primarily in the respiratory tract or coelomic cavity and may induce granulomatous lesions, especially under captive conditions.
