201536 yaşında bayan hasta, kilo kaybı, bulantı, kusma yakınmaları ile polikliniğimize başvurdu. Fizik muayenesi kaşetik görünümü dışında normaldi. Özgeçmişinde özellik yoktu, biliyer operasyon veya ERCP işlemi yapılmamıştı. Rutin laboratuvar tetkiklerinde önemli bir bulgusu yoktu. Tüm batın ultrasonografisi normaldi.
