Research on prediction methods of formation pore pressure based on machine learning

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, Volume 10, Issue 6, Page 1886-1901, June 2022., 2022
Using machine learning (ML), we presented a new method to predict formation pore pressure. In this paper, three types of ML algorithms (five kinds of algorithms: multilayer perception neural network, radial basis function neural network, support vector machine, random forest, and gradient boosting machine) are applied to the prediction of Pp of ...

[Retracted] Comparative Analysis of Antioxidants Activity of Indigenously Produced Moringa Oleifera Seeds Extracts

open access: yesBioMed Research International, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
Medicinal plants are used to control and remediate oxidative stress related diseases caused by free radicals. Thus, these plants find their use as remedy. Moringa oleifera is an extremely valued plant for its medicinal properties. Herein, two indigenously produced accessions of Moringa oleifera seeds [originated from Multan (M‐Mln) and India (PKM1 ...

The 2019–2020 Khalili (Iran) Earthquake Sequence—Anthropogenic Seismicity in the Zagros Simply Folded Belt?

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Solid Earth, Volume 126, Issue 12, December 2021., 2021
Abstract We investigate the origin of a long‐lived earthquake cluster in the Fars arc of the Zagros Simply Folded Belt that is colocated with the major Shanul natural gas field. The cluster emerged in January 2019 and initially comprised small events of Mn ∼ 3–4. It culminated on 9 June 2020 with a pair of Mw 5.4 and 5.7 earthquakes, which was followed

Lithostratigraphy and depositional episodes of the Oligocene carbonate-rich Tikorangi Formation, Taranaki Basin, New Zealand [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
The subsurface Oligocene Tikorangi Formation is a unique and important oil producer in the onshore Waihapa-Ngaere Field, Taranaki Basin, being the only carbonate and fracture-producing reservoir within the basin. Core sample data from seven onshore wells
