Ein neuer durch ein N‐heterocyclisches Carben (NHC) stabilisierter Lithiumkomplex wird als thermisch stabiler Präkursor für die Atomlagenabscheidung (ALD) vorgestellt. Er weist eine seltene mononukleare Struktur, eine geeignete Flüchtigkeit sowie einen niedrigen Schmelzpunkt von 55 °C auf. ALD‐Abscheidungen ergaben Lithium‐Silikat‐Schichten.

Human infection with Gongylonema pulchrum [PDF]
A 43 year old woman developed a painful tumor at the left buccal mucosa. Following local anti-inflammatory treatment a 35 mm long, living female adult worm of Gongylonema pulchrum was extracted from the affected side.
