Virtual environment for assembler code analysis
The hardware that computers consist of may for dierent reasons be dicult to monitor, the price may be high or the hardware itself may be unavailable. The most apparent reason though is the fact that hardware generally is not transparent, i.e. the hardware does not provide informa- tion on how a task is conducted, only its result.

This manuscript describes the cultivation of viable microvessels from cryopreserved human brain tissue. When embedded in hydrogels and cultured in microfluidic devices, these microvessels exhibit complex architectures reminiscent of arterioles and capillaries, can be perfused, and display intact barrier function. Collectively, these results demonstrate

This review summarizes the roles of key central nervous system cell types, the extracellular matrix, and the blood‐brain barrier in neuroinflammation, and their integration into diverse 3D culture systems. It examines major incorporation strategies, including direct co‐culture, hydrogel encapsulation, transwell migration assays, and bioprinting ...

Organelle localization‐induced biorthogonal polymerization enables direct synthesis of photostable poly‐AIEgens within targeted organelles for super‐resolution live‐cell imaging. ABSTRACT Real‐time monitoring of dynamic biological processes demands fluorescent probes that can withstand prolonged light exposure without photobleaching—a critical ...

Osteogenic‐angiogenic cross‐talk is a vital prerequisite for vascularized bone regeneration. In this study, we investigated the effects of siRNA‐mediated silencing of two inhibitory proteins, Chordin and WWP‐1, via CaP‐NP‐loaded gelatin microparticles in osteogenically differentiated microtissues.
