This study identifies GAP2, a bioactive polysaccharide fraction derived from Ganoderma applanatum, as a postbiotic inducer that repairs intestinal barrier damage in a gut microbiota‐dependent manner. GAP2 enriches Phocaeicola vulgatus, which degrades GAP2 and promotes tridecylic acid production, triggering Rho/CDC42 signaling and tight‐junction ...

Portfolio Allocation over the Life Cycle: Evidence from Swedish Household Data [PDF]
This paper provides empirical evidence on life-cycle patterns in the asset allocation of Swedish households. Data on household portfolio allocation are collected from the HINK surveys for the period 1982-1992, and portfolio shares of different asset ...

This study identifies reduced taurine availability as a mediator of intermittent fasting in colorectal cancer and shows that taurine interacts with GRP78 to maintain PERK abundance post‐transcriptionally. It further shows that taurine depletion destabilizes PERK, induces immunogenic paraptosis, remodels the tumor microenvironment toward a CD8+ T cell ...

Higher moments asset allocation
In this dissertation a four moment asset allocation model is proposed. Some assumptions are made in order to simplify the optimization model and to obtain a closed form solution for the optimal portfolio. In particular, the key assumption concerns the representation of skewness and kurtosis.

RCI is associated with functional suppression of oxytocinergic neurons in the PVN. Reduced PVNOXT neuronal activity contributes to altered sympathetic regulation involving the IML–sympathetic chain pathway, accompanied by changes in norepinephrine signaling at the BTI.

This study reveals that age‐related LMNB1 deficiency in mesenchymal stem cells epigenetically upregulates SLC7A11, triggering actin disulfidptosis and mitochondrial dysfunction. This cascade impairs bone formation in senile osteoporosis. Furthermore, researchers identified the FDA‐approved drug naldemedine as a targeted SLC7A11 inhibitor to reverse ...

(A) Establishment and characterization of the osteosarcoma‐targeted dual‐delivery nanoplatform mBAP1/siENO1@LNP‐OTP for simultaneous regulation of BAP1 and ENO1 in tumor cells. (B) After intravenous administration, mBAP1/siENO1@LNP‐OTP preferentially accumulates at tumor sites through OTP‐mediated targeting.

Electroporation combined with NCLX inhibition and Ca2+ delivery induces mitochondrial Ca2+ overload in PDAC cells, triggering pyroptosis, DAMP release, and antitumor immune activation. Simultaneously, suppression of tumor‐derived SPP1 weakens SPP1–CD44 signaling and remodels macrophages toward an antitumor phenotype, thereby enhancing CD8+ T‐cell ...

This study identifies ZMIZ2 as a therapeutic target for docetaxel‐resistant triple‐negative breast cancer, sustaining cancer stemness‐associated properties and docetaxel resistance. ZMIZ2 upregulation enhances DUX4‐mediated LGR5 activation through the SWI/SNF components BRG1 and BAF57.
