Obesity was defined by a body mass index more than 30 kg/m2. Many risks were related to this pathology, and sometimes, menstrual disorders or infertility. In order to obtain an adequate response to ovarian stimulation during IVF cycles, higher doses of menotropins are necessary in the group of obese patients.
