Glutaredoxin (Grx) 3 proteins contain a thioredoxin domain and one to three class II Grx domains. These proteins play a crucial role in iron homeostasis in eukaryotic cells. In human Grx3, at least one of the two Grx domains, together with the thioredoxin domain, is essential for its function in iron metabolism.

Results in Injective Envelope and Indecomposable Injective Modules
Introduction Throughout this paper, is a commutative ring with non-zero identity and is an -module. The study of injective modules is very important in commutative algebra and homological Algebra.

Plant genome editing: CRISPR, base editing, prime editing, and beyond
The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR‐associated protein 9 (Cas9) system is a fast‐growing, genome editing technology that has wide applications in identifying gene functions as well as improving agricultural ...

$\gamma^\ast \gamma \to \eta, \eta^\prime$ transition form factors
Using a continuum approach to the hadron bound-state problem, we calculate $\gamma^\ast \gamma \to \eta, \eta^\prime$ transition form factors on the entire domain of spacelike momenta, for comparison with existing experiments and in anticipation of new ...

Dimeric pyruvate formate‐lyase cleaves pyruvate using a radical‐based mechanism. G734 serves as a radical storage location, and the radical is transferred to the catalytic C419 residue. Mutation of the C418‐C419 pair causes loss of enzyme activity, but does not impede radical introduction onto G734. Therefore, cis‐ but not trans‐radical transfer occurs

Disruption of SETD3‐mediated histidine‐73 methylation by the BWCFF‐associated β‐actin G74S mutation
The β‐actin G74S mutation causes altered interaction of actin with SETD3, reducing histidine‐73 methylation efficiency and forming two distinct actin variants. The variable ratio of these variants across cell types and developmental stages contributes to tissue‐specific phenotypical changes. This imbalance may impair actin dynamics and mechanosensitive

Persistence and stability properties of powers of ideals [PDF]
We introduce the concept of strong persistence and show that it implies persistence regarding the associated prime ideals of the powers of an ideal. We also show that strong persistence is equivalent to a condition on power of ideals studied by Ratliff ...

Purification tags markedly affect self‐aggregation of CPEB3
Although recombinant proteins are used to study protein aggregation in vitro, uncleaved tags can interfere with accurate interpretation. Our findings demonstrate that His₆‐GFP and His₁₂ tags significantly affect liquid droplet and amyloid fibril formation in the intrinsically disordered region (IDR) of mouse cytoplasmic polyadenylation element‐binding ...

Ambrosetti–Prodi Periodic Problem Under Local Coercivity Conditions
In this paper we focus on the periodic boundary value problem associated with the Liénard differential equation x′′+f(x)x′+g(t,x)=s{x^{\prime\prime}+f(x)x^{\prime}+g(t,x)=s}, where s is a real parameter, f and g are continuous functions and g is T ...
