Association rules recommendation algorithm supporting recommendation nonempty

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2017
Existing association rule recommendation technologies were focus on extraction efficiency of association rule in data mining. However,it lacked consideration of recommendation balance between popular and unusual data and efficient processing. In order to ...

Positive and negative association rule mining in Hadoop’s MapReduce environment

open access: yesJournal of Big Data, 2019
In this paper, we present a Hadoop implementation of the Apriori algorithm. Using Hadoop’s distributed and parallel MapReduce environment, we present an architecture to mine positive as well as negative association rules in big data using frequent ...

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Particle Swarm Optimization-Based Association Rule Mining in Big Data Environment

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
With the explosive growth of information data in today's society, the continuous accumulation and increase of data in recent years make it difficult to extract useful information from it, so data mining comes into being.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

niarules: Advancing interpretable machine learning through numerical association rule mining and 3D coral plot visualization

open access: yesSoftwareX
Numerical association rule mining remains comparatively underexplored in interpretable machine learning, largely due to the challenges of handling continuous variables and the limited availability of effective visualization techniques.

Exon 7 splicing of ERα predicts poor prognosis and increases phenotypic heterogeneity in luminal a subtype breast cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

The Analysis of the Influencing Factors on the Problems of Bike-Sharing System in China

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Bike-sharing has experienced rapid growth in China since 2016. Notwithstanding the fast expansion, or possibly because it grew too fast, some bike-sharing companies have experienced setbacks and failure in 2018.
