The Utility of a Hyperspectral Infrared Imager for Crewed Exploration of Planetary Bodies
Abstract Planetary analog simulations are a powerful exercise for understanding the utility of deployable instruments, their operational protocols, and the visualization of data products during ExtraVehicular Activities (EVAs). This paper presents results of a field campaign by the NASA Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute (SSERVI ...

Using Venus, Earth, and Mars to Understand Exoplanet Volatile and Climate Evolution
Abstract Venus, Earth, and Mars exhibit a wide range of interactions between their deep interiors, surfaces, lower and upper atmospheres, and the Sun, with commensurate variations in the nature of their atmospheres and evolution of their volatiles. By examining these worlds' characteristics and behavior, we can gain some understanding of the breadth of

Abstract We use Particle‐In‐Cell (PIC) simulations to investigate the charging characteristics inside deep cavities on the lunar surface under the solar wind plasma conditions. Specifically, we systematically study the dependence of the cavity bottom potential on plasma flow velocity and cavity aspect ratio.

Elastic Properties of Returned Samples From Asteroid (162173) Ryugu
Abstract The successful sample return from asteroid (162173) Ryugu by Hayabusa2 has contributed to our understanding of the solar system evolution. Over the course of the initial sample analysis, various measurements were conducted, such as mineralogical observation, chemical analysis, and mechanical property measurement.

Antum Crater: A Window Into Ganymede's Icy Evolution
Abstract Located within the extensive dark terrain of Marius Regio, in the anti‐Jovian trailing quadrant of Ganymede, Antum crater is marked by dark‐rayed ejecta that obscure older features and reshape the surrounding landscape. This study investigates Antum and its geological context using optical and infrared data from the Voyager and Galileo ...
