Publisher Summary This chapter describes the performance of the Spectracon in astronomical spectroscopy. The performances of the Spectracon and the Lallemand electronic camera were compared by using the two systems at the focus of the same optical spectrograph, to observe the same astronomical sources, on the same type of recording emulsion.
