Sb2Se3 Thin Films for Doping the Absorber in CdTe Solar Cells

This study introduces for the first time a new doping route for CdSeTe/CdTe solar cells: A thin Sb2Se3 layer is deposited on the absorber, diffusing Sb into CdTe via subsequent CdCl2 treatment.
