Hydrogen‐line aperture synthesis at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory: Techniques and data reduction

This paper describes the hydrogen‐line interferometer system at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. The system consists of telescopes, receivers, a data acquisition program, and a reduction program. The reduction program uses a random‐access data base which stores both the interferometer data and the synthesized maps.
