Multimessenger Studies with the Pierre Auger Observatory
The Pierre Auger Observatory, the world’s largest ultra-high-energy (UHE) cosmic ray (CR) detector, plays a crucial role in multi-messenger astroparticle physics with its high sensitivity to UHE photons and neutrinos.

The thermal/ sensory gravity “S.O.S.” the last phase (40°–50° C) of global warming [PDF]
The gravitational buckling is an ice hole or black hole in the frozen quantum binary space penetrated by the light ignition, the backscattering of radiant thermal energy, where the quantum light barrier (cs = 1010 m/s) breaks together with the thermal ...

Confirmation of a Non‐Transiting Planet in the Habitable Zone of the Nearby M Dwarf L 98‐59
ABSTRACT Only 40 exoplanetary systems with five or more planets are currently known. These systems are crucial for our understanding of planet formation and planet‐planet interaction. The M dwarf L 98‐59 has previously been found to show evidence of five planets, three of which are transiting.

Commissioning an Inexpensive Off‐The‐Shelf Spectrograph for Radial‐Velocity Studies
ABSTRACT We present a way to set up an inexpensive out of the shelf spectrograph at a local observatory. Stability and resolution of the spectrograph are high enough for radial velocity determination of binary stars or determination of stellar characteristics. Even some exoplanets might be detectable via the radial velocity method.

Planets and stars are often capable of generating their own magnetic fields. This occurs through dynamo processes occurring via turbulent convective stirring of their respective molten metal-rich cores and plasma-based convection zones.

Origin of an orbiting star around the galactic supermassive black hole
The tremendous tidal force that is linked to the supermassive black hole (SMBH) at the center of our galaxy is expected to strongly subdue star formation in its vicinity.

Abstract This paper uses empirical data from a longitudinal qualitative study conducted with aspirant teachers in England to propose (re)definitions of the concepts of ‘status’ and ‘safety’ as a framework with which to understand and improve teacher recruitment.

Introduction to nuclear astrophysics
In the first lecture of this volume, we will present the basic fundamental ideas regarding nuclear processes occurring in stars. We start from stellar observations, will then elaborate on some important quantum-mechanical phenomena governing nuclear ...
