ABSTRACT University–industry collaboration (UIC) often underperforms not because its relevance is unclear, but because collaboration processes are rarely designed to accommodate evolving governance needs amid complexity. Existing studies have examined drivers, barriers, and institutional interfaces, yet process dynamics, governance mechanisms, and ...

Analysis of Dynamics Characteristic of the Helical Gear Transmission in Helicopter
The multiaxial helical gear transmission is widely used in helicopter for parallel operation. The dynamics model of the helical gear transmission is established for system inherent characteristic analysis, and the dynamic response is obtained.

Spontaneous unidirectional rotation of a symmetric gear driven by spherical active particles
Time reversal asymmetry and spatial anisotropy are considered two prerequisites for Brownian ratchet. An intriguing realization can be achieved by placing an asymmetric gear in the suspension of motile rod-like bacteria.

Schematic overview of the investigated laminate architectures and reinforcement strategies used to evaluate their effects on the bearing performance and failure behaviour of thick carbon fibre/epoxy laminates. ABSTRACT This study provides a unified experimental comparison of 11 joint configurations in thick (7–12 mm) vacuum‐infused CFRP laminates ...

INVESTIGATION OF GEARS WITH ASYMMETRIC PROFILE USING RELIABILITY PARAMETERS
The results of the study of gears with involute and sinusoidal teeth are presented herein. The subjects of the comparative analysis were the stresses at the root of the tooth from the side of the applied load and from the side of the unloaded profile, contact stresses, and elastic deformations under the action of a given torque.

National Policy Coherence Counts for Reducing Inequality in Global Climate and Development Agendas
ABSTRACT International institutions promote policy coherence as crucial to the effective and fair implementation of global sustainability agendas, though the evidence for its benefits is slim. We present here the first systematic cross‐country dataset on the consequences of national government efforts to promote policy coherence for vulnerable groups ...

ABSTRACT Given the complexity of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aligning corporate sustainability with them can be challenging. Drawing on systems thinking, this study examines how the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) align with the SDGs and bridge macro‐level global goals with firm‐level metrics.

Parametric Modeling and Contact Stress Analysis of Asymmetric Modified Helical Gears
In order to construct an accurate model of asymmetric involute modified helical gears and analyze the influence of pressure angles on its contact stress, based on the gear meshing principle and the secondary development of SolidWorks in C#, a ...
