A Systematically Reduced Mathematical Model for Organoid Expansion
Organoids are three-dimensional multicellular tissue constructs. When cultured in vitro, they recapitulate the structure, heterogeneity, and function of their in vivo counterparts. As awareness of the multiple uses of organoids has grown, e.g.

Infinite asymptotic games [PDF]
We study infinite asymptotic games in Banach spaces with an F.D.D. and prove that analytic games are determined by characterising precisely the conditions for the players to have winning strategies.

A High-Dimensional Counterpart for the Ridge Estimator in Multicollinear Situations
The ridge regression estimator is a commonly used procedure to deal with multicollinear data. This paper proposes an estimation procedure for high-dimensional multicollinear data that can be alternatively used.

Uniformity and proximity are two different ways for defining small scale structures on a set. Coarse structures are large scale counterparts of uniform structures. In this paper, motivated by the definition of proximity, we develop the concept of asymptotic resemblance as a relation between subsets of a set to define a large scale structure on it.

The article is devoted to study of boundary value problem with boundary jumps for third order linear integro-differential equation with a small parameter at the highest derivatives, provided that additional characteristic equation’s roots have opposite ...

We consider a linear differential equation of second order with a small factor at the highest derivative. We study the problem of the asymptotic behavior of the eigenvalues of the first boundary value problem (task Dirichlet) in situation when the turning ...

Asymptotic Freedom Cosmology [PDF]
For a general class of scalar--tensor gravity theories, we discuss how to recover asymptotic freedom regimes when cosmic time $t\to\pm\infty$. Such a feature means that the effective gravitational coupling $G_{eff}\to 0$, while cosmological solutions can

Cytomegalovirus dynamics model with random behavior
In view of the particularity of cytomegalovirus infection in infants and considering the uncertainty of infection mode and treatment, a dynamic model of cytomegalovirus with random behavior is established in this paper.

We discuss in detail the asymptotic distribution of sample expectiles. First, we show uniform consistency under the assumption of a finite mean. In case of a finite second moment, we show that for expectiles other then the mean, only the additional assumption of continuity of the distribution function at the expectile implies asymptotic normality ...
