Nonlinear Dynamics and Invariants of Motion in ReRAM Cells

A second‐order cell, hosting one capacitor and two back‐to‐back ReRAMs, admits Invariants of Motion: its states lie on one‐dimensional manifolds at all times. The cell shows quiescent monostability or bistability, depending on the manifold index. At equilibrium, the capacitor voltage vanishes.

Stirling Behavior is Asymptotically Normal

The Stirling numbers $\{\sigma_n^j\}$ of the second kind are asymptotically normal. This result is similar to results achieved by Feller [1] and Goncarov [2] for other combinatorial distributions. Here the technique of proof is different; one of the most general forms of the central limit theorem is used.

Counter‐Halide‐Directed Ion‐Pair Passivation Enables High‐Performance Wide‐Bandgap Perovskites for Perovskite/Cu(In,Ga)Se2 Tandem Solar Cells

Counter‐halide engineering of fluorobenzylammonium surface passivators reveals bromide as the optimal partner for wide‐bandgap perovskites. FBz–Br effectively stabilizes halide‐vacancy‐related defects and undercoordinated Pb sites, suppresses non‐radiative recombination, and enhances surface hydrophobicity and thermal stability.
