Investigation of Thermal Management Capacity of Casson Electrolytes in Porous Electrodes in Lithium‐Ion Battery Applications

open access: yesBattery Energy, EarlyView.
For a Casson flow which is under consideration here, its rheological equation is adopted with the assumptions of viscous dissipation properties of flow and all the constant properties. By Nakamura and Sawada, the model proposed, which is biviscosity, is implemented and is mostly used for the representation of Casson electrolytes in LIB.

High‐sensitivity real‐time monitoring of pH and respiration activity unveils metabolic dynamics in shake flask cultures

open access: yesBiotechnology Progress, Volume 41, Issue 2, March/April 2025.
Abstract Erlenmeyer shake flasks are widely used during the first steps of bioprocess development. Despite their broad application in academia and industry, shake flasks usually lack standardized and user‐friendly online monitoring techniques. In this work, the pH and Respiratory Activity MOnitoring System (pH‐RAMOS) for the non‐invasive online ...

Performance Improvement of Anode‐Free Lithium‐Metal Batteries by In Situ Design of the Initial Solid Electrolyte Interphase Using Localized High‐Concentration Sulfolane Electrolyte

open access: yesChemElectroChem, EarlyView.
The effect of electrochemical in situ surface pretreatment of copper current collector, for anode‐free lithium‐metal batteries with sulfolane‐based localized high‐concentration electrolyte is explored. The constant potential and constant current pretreatment procedures benefit the anode performance.

Modulating Peptide Self‐Assembly via Triblock Chiral Patterning

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
Chiral block patterning influences peptide self‐assembly by directing molecular orientation, which results in distinct morphologies and packing configurations. This alters the gel's mechanical properties, thereby impacting its applications in tissue engineering and drug delivery.
