DOUBLE WIJSMAN ASYMPTOTIC I2-INVARIANT EQUIVALENCE
In this study, for double set sequences, we present the notions of Wijsman asymptotic invariant equivalence, Wijsman asymptotic I-2-invariant equiv alence, and Wijsman asymptotic I-2*-invariant equivalence.

Asymptotic charges in massless QED revisited: a view from spatial infinity
Hamada and Shiu have recently shown that tree level amplitudes in QED satisfy an infinite hierarchy of soft photon theorems, the first two of which are Weinberg and Low’s theorems respectively.

Asymptotically J_σ-Equivalence of Sequences of Sets
In this study, we introduce the concepts of Wijsman asymptotically J-invariant equivalence (WLJσ) , Wijsman asymptotically strongly p-invariant equivalence ([WLVσ)]p) and Wijsman asymptotically J*-invariant equivalence (WLJ*σ). Also, we investigate the relationships among the concepts of Wijsman asymptotically invariant equivalence, Wijsman ...

Impulse Neuron and Cellular Neural Automaton are Asymptotically Equivalent
In the article, it is established the asymptotic equivalence of dynamics of the neural networks consisting of the impulse neurons and the neural networks built of the neural cellular automata of different kinds (autogenerators and detectors).

Scaling Up Q-Learning via Exploiting State–Action Equivalence
Recent success stories in reinforcement learning have demonstrated that leveraging structural properties of the underlying environment is key in devising viable methods capable of solving complex tasks.

On Asymptotically f-Statistical Equivalent Sequences [PDF]
By using modulus functions, we have obtained a generalization of statistical convergence of asymptotically equivalent sequences, a new non-matrix convergence method, which is intermediate between the ordinary convergence and the statistical convergence. Further, we have examined some inclusion relations related to this concept.

On the Asymptotic Equivalence of Circulant and Toeplitz Matrices [PDF]
Any sequence of uniformly bounded $N\times N$ Hermitian Toeplitz matrices $\{\boldsymbol{H}_N\}$ is asymptotically equivalent to a certain sequence of $N\times N$ circulant matrices $\{\boldsymbol{C}_N\}$ derived from the Toeplitz matrices in the sense that $\left\| \boldsymbol{H}_N - \boldsymbol{C}_N \right\|_F = o(\sqrt{N})$ as $N\rightarrow \infty$.

Optimal asymptotic cloning machines
We pose the question whether the asymptotic equivalence between quantum cloning and quantum state estimation, valid at the single-clone level, still holds when all clones are examined globally.

New Equivalence Tests for Hardy–Weinberg Equilibrium and Multiple Alleles
We consider testing equivalence to Hardy−Weinberg Equilibrium in case of multiple alleles. Two different test statistics are proposed for this test problem. The asymptotic distribution of the test statistics is derived.
