An Asymptotic Formula for a Trigonometric Sum of Vinogradov
We obtain a representation formula for the trigonometric sum f(m, n)≔ ∑m−1a=1 |sin(πan/m)|sin(πa/m) and deduce from it the upper bound f(m, n)

Asymptotic formula on average path length of fractal networks modelled on Sierpinski Gasket [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce a new method to construct evolving networks based on the construction of the Sierpinski gasket. Using self-similarity and renewal theorem, we obtain the asymptotic formula for average path length of our evolving networks.

Weak gravity bounds in asymptotic string compactifications
We study the charge-to-mass ratios of BPS states in four-dimensional N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 supergravities arising from Calabi-Yau threefold compactifications of Type IIB string theory.

An asymptotic formula for the zeros of the deformed exponential function [PDF]
We study the asymptotic representation for the zeros of the deformed exponential function $\sum\nolimits_{n = 0}^\infty {\frac1{n!}{q^{n(n - 1)/2}{x^n}}} $, $q\in (0,1)$. Indeed, we obtain an asymptotic formula for these zeros: \[x_n=- nq^{1-n}(1 + g(q)n^

An Asymptotic Formula for the Commutators
The main aim of this paper is to prove two asymptotic formulas which unify several ``Taylor type formulas'', defined in the context of commutators and analytic functional calculi. For the sake of simplicity, we shall present only the particular case of bounded linear operators acting in the same Banach space, although the authors' framework is slightly

Mode identification in rapidly rotating stars [PDF]
Context: Recent calculations of pulsation modes in rapidly rotating polytropic models and models based on the Self-Consistent Field method have shown that the frequency spectrum of low degree pulsation modes can be described by an empirical formula ...

Let \(R_ 0,R_ 1,R_ 2,..\). be a nondegenerate binary linear recurrence of integers defined by \(R_ n=AR_{n-1}+BR_{n-2}\) \((n>1)\), where \(R_ 0\), \(R_ 1=1,and\) A, B are fixed nonzero integers. It is proved that \[ \sqrt{\frac{6\cdot \log | R_ 1\cdot R_ 2\cdot \cdot \cdot R_ N|}{\log [R_ 1,R_ 2,...,R_ N]}}\quad =\quad \pi +O(\frac{1}{\log N}) \] for ...
