On an Asymptotic Integral [PDF]
1. This note gives an asymptotic evaluation of an integral of the formas n tends to infinity, where is a sequence of real-valued functions. The theorem to be established is a natural extension of B. Levi's generalised Laplace-Darboux theorem (1, 341-51); it gives a rule for evaluating a wider class of asymptotic integrals.

Quantum Monte Carlo Integration: The Full Advantage in Minimal Circuit Depth [PDF]
This paper proposes a method of quantum Monte Carlo integration that retains the full quadratic quantum advantage, without requiring any arithmetic or quantum phase estimation to be performed on the quantum computer.

Non-asymptotic fractional order differentiators via an algebraic parametric method [PDF]
Recently, Mboup, Join and Fliess [27], [28] introduced non-asymptotic integer order differentiators by using an algebraic parametric estimation method [7], [8].

Asymptotic-preserving projective integration schemes for kinetic equations in the diffusion limit [PDF]
We investigate a projective integration scheme for a kinetic equation in the limit of vanishing mean free path, in which the kinetic description approaches a diffusion phenomenon.

Asymptotic Expansion of Spherical Integral [PDF]
We consider the spherical integral of real symmetric or Hermitian matrices when the rank of one matrix is one. We prove the existence of the full asymptotic expansions of these spherical integrals and derive the first and the second term in the asymptotic expansion.

Asymptotic integration of systems of two wave equations with small parameter
In this article we consider a hyperbolic system of two weakly nonlinear equations. Coefficients of the equations and initial conditions are periodical functions of the space variable.

Asymptotic Integration Under Weak Dichotomies
This paper provides new important results about the asymptotic integrations of perturbed linear differential systems. The authors obtain a new set of conditions under which the perturbed system and the unperturbed system are strongly asymptotically equivalent. Comparing with the classical Levinson theorem, their new dichotomy conditions are not bounded

Equidistribution of the Fekete points on the sphere [PDF]
The Fekete points are the points that maximize a Vandermonde-type determinant that appears in the polynomial Lagrange interpolation formula. They are well suited points for interpolation formulas and numerical integration.

Asymptotic Integration of Certain Differential Equations in Banach Space
We investigate the problem of constructing the asymptotics for weak solutions of certain class of linear differential equations in the Banach space as the independent variable tends to infinity.

Exponential Runge-Kutta methods for stiff kinetic equations [PDF]
We introduce a class of exponential Runge-Kutta integration methods for kinetic equations. The methods are based on a decomposition of the collision operator into an equilibrium and a non equilibrium part and are exact for relaxation operators of BGK ...
