Sum of small arithmetic functions in a floor function set

Gulf Journal of Mathematics
In this paper, we derive asymptotic formulas for the summation of small arithmetic functions over a floor function set. Our results are obtained under assumptions on the size of the floor function set and its alignment with a given arithmetic progression.

Summation formulae of multiplicative functions over arithmetic progressions and applications

Canadian Journal of Mathematics - Journal Canadien de Mathematiques
In this paper, we investigate the asymptotic distribution of a class of multiplicative functions over arithmetic progressions without the Ramanujan conjecture.

Multiplicative Arithmetic Functions of Several Variables: A Survey

, 2013
We survey general properties of multiplicative arithmetic functions of several variables and related convolutions, including the Dirichlet convolution and the unitary convolution. We introduce and investigate a new convolution, called gcd convolution. We

Summatory Multiplicative Arithmetic Functions: Scaling and Renormalization

Mathematics, 2011
We consider a wide class of summatory functions Ff;N,pm=∑k≤Nfpmk, m∈Z+∪{0} associated with the multiplicative arithmetic functions f of a scaled variable k∈Z+, where p is a prime number. Assuming an asymptotic behavior of the summatory function, F{f;N,1}=

Coefficients of symmetric power L-functions on integers under digital constraints

Notes on Number Theory and Discrete Mathematics
Let $\lambda_{{\rm sym}^{r}f}(n)$ be the n-th coefficient in the Dirichlet series representing the symmetric power L-function attached to a primitive form f of weight k and level N.

Estimates for multiplicative functions, I.

Annales Universitatis Scientiarum Budapestinensis de Rolando Eötvös Nominatae. Sectio computatorica
In this paper we give upper estimates and asymptotic results for some classes of multiplicative functions. For the proofs we mainly use tools from the convolution arithmetic of number theoretical functions (see [4]).
