GLS1 Orchestrates Exosome‐Mediated Tumor‐Endothelial Communication to Facilitate Angiogenesis

This study reveals a previously unappreciated, non‐metabolic function of GLS1 in the control of tumor angiogenesis via exosome‐mediated CAV1‐TNC signaling, indicating that therapeutic targeting of GLS1 may offer a dual benefit by simultaneously suppressing tumor metabolic activity and angiogenic processes in head and neck cancer. Electrically and Magnetically Tunable Charge–Density–Wave Transport in Quasi‐2D h‐BN/1T‐TaS2 Field Effect Devices

Perpendicular electric and magnetic fields are used to control charge‐density‐wave (CDW) domain dynamics in quasi‐two‐dimensional h‐BN/1T‐TaS2 field‐effect devices. Electrical gating produces a non‐monotonic modulation of the CDW depinning threshold — behavior distinct from quasi‐one‐dimensional CDW systems.

Proximity‐Induced Transfer of a Mass Tag Enables Direct Profiling of Active Matrix Metalloproteases

A proximity‐induced, mass‐encoded activity‐based protein profiling (ABPP) approach transfers a MALDI‐detectable α‐cyano‐4‐hydroxycinnamic acid (CHCA) tag directly to active proteases. This tag enables the direct, multiplexed, and quantitative detection of enzyme activity in complex proteomes without enrichment or purification.
