Atikamekw needs and perspectives for culturally safe health care
Canadian Journal of Public HealthThis research is part of a larger participatory project aimed at co-developing an intervention to ensure cultural safety in care, conducted with and by the Atikamekw Nehirowisiwok (First Nation, Quebec Canada). A decolonizing research approach, integrating Atikamekw perspectives and ways of knowing, was adopted.
