When the Wind Blows: Exposing the Constraints of Drone‐Based Environmental Mapping
Weather limits drone usability: precipitation (30%), wind (54%), and temperature (16%) constraints reduce operability to around 25% of days per year. ABSTRACT Drones have become indispensable for high‐resolution, on‐demand remote sensing, yet their valid operational window is far narrower than often portrayed.

Bubbling Water‐Treating DBD Plasma Device Optimization Using Experimental and Computational Methods
A dry air atmospheric pressure volume dielectric barrier discharge is employed to fix nitrogen in water. Producing nitrate for use as nitrogen fertilizer is the primary motivation. A 0D chemistry model is developed and informed by the electrical, and geometric characteristics of the device and the plasma gas temperature.

Abstract Renewable energy and energy storage are essential technologies for decarbonizing energy systems. Expansion planning of the two technologies considering source‐side carbon responsibility has been well studied. However, expansion planning considering both source‐side and load‐side carbon responsibility, which may simultaneously stimulate the ...
