Mood dependency on low intensity atmospheric variability
International Journal of Biometeorology, 1978Mood and sensory perception questionnaires were applied to high school, university and teachers' college students in Brisbane during winter. Responses were related by multiple regression procedures to outdoor and indoor atmospheric parameters. Various complex associations emerged between the moods and warmth, humidity, cloudiness, intensity of sunlight

Mesoscale Variability of the Atmosphere
1983Statistical measures of atmospheric variability are reviewed as they apply to the mesoscales. Horizontal spectra of kinetic energy are found to conform approximately to a −5/3 power law from a few to about 1000 km wavelengths, while the vertical spectra follow a slope of about −2.5.

Variability of Atmospheric Aerosols Over India
2016Atmospheric aerosols play a significant role in climate change due to their ability to scatter and absorb the incoming and outgoing radiation (direct effect). In addition to this, aerosols can also impact climate through modifying cloud properties, such as droplet size distribution and cloud lifetime, a process known as “indirect effect.” Recent ...

Sulfur Dioxide variability in the Venus Atmosphere
2015Recent observations of sulfur oxides (SO2, SO, OCS, and H2SO4) in Venus’ mesosphere have generated controversy and great interest in the scientific community. These observations revealed unexpected spatial patterns and spatial/temporal variability that have not been satisfactorily explained by models.
