Fourth Atom-Bond Connectivity Index of an Infinite Class of Nanostar Dendrimer D3[n]

open access: yes, 2013
The atom-bond connectivity (ABC) index of a graph G is a connectivity topological index was defined as  where dv denotes the degree of vertex v of G. In 2010, M. Ghorbani et. al. introduced a new version of atom-bond connectivity index as  where  In this

Microstructure Reconstruction in Battery Electrodes Using Machine Learning Based on Low‐Voltage Focused Ion Beam–Scanning Electron Microscopy Tomography Images

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Structural descriptors are extracted from segmented images, done semimanually and automated, and compared.

Computing Fourth Atom-bond Connectivity Index of V-Phenylenic Nanotubes and Nanotori

open access: yesActa Chimica Slovenica, 2013
Among topological descriptors connectivity topological indices are very important and they have a prominent role in chemistry. One of them is atom-bond connectivity (ABC) index defined as ABC(G)= [formula:see text], in which degree of vertex v denoted ...

Study of Hardness of Superhard Crystals by Topological Indices

open access: yesJournal of Chemistry, 2021
Topological indices give immense information about a molecular structure or chemical structure. The hardness of materials for the indentation can be defined microscopically as the total resistance and effect of chemical bonds in the respective materials.

Microstructure, Thermal Transport, and Dry‐Sliding Tribology of Powder‐Metallurgy Al7075 Composites Reinforced With Sol–Gel‐Derived ZnO–rGO Hybrid Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Sol–gel‐derived ZnO–rGO hybrid nanoparticles enable Al7075 powder‐metallurgy composites to achieve concurrent gains in hardness and thermal conductivity while markedly lowering friction and wear. The hybrid architecture couples ZnO‐based load support with rGO‐assisted lamellar sliding and heat spreading, revealing a promising route toward lightweight ...
