Development of multigroup cross section library generation system TPAMS
Kylin-2 is an advanced neutronics lattice code, developed by Nuclear Power Institute of China. High-precision multigroup cross section library is need for KYLIN-2 to carry out simulation of current pressurized water reactor (PWR) and advanced reactor. In

Evaluation of the neutron induced reactions on 235U from 2.25 keV up to 30 MeV
An evaluation of fast neutron induced reactions on 235U is performed in the 2.25 keV–30 MeV incident energy range with the code EMPIRE–3.2 Malta, combined with selected experimental data.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF ATOM PROBE DATA
This paper gives some suggestions and caveats on how to estimate the confidence limits on data obtained from atom-probe experiments. There are four sections covering autocorrelation, the use of contingency tables, estimation of ordering parameters and testing for clustering.

E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer
Ability to induce apoptosis by TGF‐β is frequently lost in advanced lung adenocarcinoma despite intact TGF‐β signaling. We identify E2A as a mutant KRAS–dependent mediator of resistance to TGF‐β–induced apoptosis. TGF‐β induces E2A via SMAD3 in mutant KRAS cells, and E2A silencing restores apoptosis and enhances radiation response in cell lines ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Nuclear Fission in Low Excitation Energy within Macroscopic-microscopic Model and Langevin Approach
The threedimensional Langevin model was used to study the fragment mass distribution and total kinetic energy (TKE) distribution and the scission configuration in lowenergy nuclear fission, in which the potential energy surface was calculated by using ...
