A Study of the Differences in the Clinical Use of Atractylodes Japonica and Atractylodes lancea in Kampo Formulas.

「朮」は大きく白朮と蒼朮に分類され, 白朮は利水・補剤として, 蒼朮は発汗・除湿剤として用いられてきた。しかし, 実際に白朮と蒼朮を入れ換えることにより, 自覚症状がいかに変化するかは検討されていない。今回我々は, 漢方方剤中の白朮と蒼朮を4週間ごとに入れ換えて処方検討することにより, 以下のことを明らかにした。1) 関節痛がある症例では蒼朮を用いた方が有効率が高い。2) 有効例では「飲みやすい」と答えた人が60%で,「飲みにくい」と答えた人はわずかに9%であり, 味覚が効果判定の一つの指標になり得る。

Three new polyacetylenes from Atractylodes japonica Koidz.ez Kitam

Three new polyacetylenes (1–3), together with six known polyacetylenes (4–9), were isolated from a 95% aqueous ethanol extract of the Atractylodes japonica Koidz.ez Kitam. Their structures were elucidated by HR-ESI -MS and NMR techniques as well as comparison with those reported in literatures. The cytotoxic activity of 1–3 were also evaluated.
