This 10‐year retrospective case series evaluated mid‐term pulmonary outcomes in children who underwent diaphragmatic plication for phrenic nerve palsy following cardiac surgery. The results reveal a restrictive ventilatory pattern and consistent post‐exercise oxygen desaturation, despite preserved functional walking capacity.
