Is Left Bundle Branch Pacing Feasible in Patients With Ventricular Septal Defect?
This report presents two cases of left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) implantation in patients with perimembranous ventricular septal defect (pmVSD) and provides a novel approach to guide lead placement using both angiography and electroanatomic mapping, which ensures accuracy and reduces potential complications.
