Exploring the Potential of Zero‐Dimensional Carbon Nanomaterials in Photoluminescent, Electrochemiluminescent and Electrochemical Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Zero‐dimensional carbon nanomaterials are presented as multifunctional platforms linking structure, property, and sensing performance. Surface engineering and heteroatom doping modulate electron‐transfer and luminescent behavior, enabling electrochemical, photoluminescent, and electrochemiluminescent detection. Fundamental design principles, analytical

Trust-Based Prayer Expectancies, Attachment to God, and Perceived Stress [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The current study analyzed the impact of trust-based prayer expectancies on the relationship between attachment to God and perceived stress levels. High trust-based prayer expectancies indicate a high trust in God to answer prayers in His time and in His

Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.

Enzyme‐Activated MRI for In Vivo Glucose Imaging via a Biodegradable Chromium Nanoprobe

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Enzyme‐activated MRI (eaMRI) using a biodegradable CrGOx@Lip nanoprobe enables glucose‐specific imaging in vivo. GOx catalyzes glucose oxidation, triggering in situ formation of paramagnetic chromium gluconate and amplifying T1. This radiation‐free strategy maps tumor glucose uptake via the Warburg‐effect, quantifies hepatic glucose accumulation in ...

Mechanistic Design of Graphdiyne‐Based Multimodal Sensing Integrating Machine Learning and Photothermal Dynamics for Precision Recognition and On‐Demand Inactivation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A triple‐mode theranostic platform enables integrated electrochemical, colorimetric, and photothermal detection of bacterial infection. Glucose oxidation triggers H2O2 generation and TMB oxidation to oxTMB, producing color and thermal signals under 808 nm NIR irradiation.

Models, Idols, and the Great White Whale: Toward a Christian Faith of Nonattachment [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
The juxtaposition of models of God and Christian faith may seem repugnant to many, as models are tentative and faith aims at an abiding certainty. In fact, for many Christians, using models of God in worship amounts to idolatry. By examining Biblical and

Choice experiments on land managers' participation in environmental programs: A systematic review and meta‐analysis of estimate validity

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Agricultural Economics, EarlyView.
Abstract Discrete choice experiments are increasingly being used to estimate land managers' willingness to accept participation in incentive‐based environmental programs. This is a specific application of discrete choice experiments: the estimation of willingness to accept for a private good (program participation) where respondents have to make trade ...
