On attractors and their basins [PDF]
We prove that the map assigning to a given vector field the Lebesgue measure of the union of the basins of its attractors is lower semicontinuous in a residual subset of vector fields. Moreover, we prove that the Lebesgue measure of the union of the basins of attractors of a generic sectional axiom A vector field is total.

Pullback attractor for a nonautonomous parabolic Cahn-Hilliard phase-field system
Our aim in this paper is to study generalizations of the Caginalp phase-field system based on a thermomechanical theory involving two temperatures and a nonlinear coupling. In particular, we prove well-posedness results.

Correction to: Criteria for Strong and Weak Random Attractors [PDF]
In the article 'Criteria for Strong and Weak Random Attractors' necessary and sufficient conditions for strong attractors and weak attractors are studied. In this note we correct two of its theorems on strong attractors.

Hidden attractors in fundamental problems and engineering models [PDF]
Recently a concept of self-excited and hidden attractors was suggested: an attractor is called a self-excited attractor if its basin of attraction overlaps with neighborhood of an equilibrium, otherwise it is called a hidden attractor. For example, hidden attractors are attractors in systems with no equilibria or with only one stable equilibrium (a ...

Toward the Relational Formulation of Biological Thermodynamics
Classical thermodynamics employs the state of thermodynamic equilibrium, characterized by maximal disorder of the constituent particles, as the reference frame from which the Second Law is formulated and the definition of entropy is derived.

Measure attractors and Markov attractors [PDF]
The actions induced by a random dynamical system on spaces of probability measures on the state space are investigated, and generalisations of the notion of an attractor are discussed and compared. For the particular case of a random dynamical system generated by a stochastic differential equation the notion of an attractor for the associated Markov ...

Attractors in hyperspace [PDF]
Given a map $\Phi$ defined on bounded subsets of the (base) metric space $X$ and with bounded sets as its values, one can follow the orbits $A$, $\Phi(A)$, $\Phi^2(A)$, $\ldots$, of nonempty, closed, and bounded sets $A$ in $X$. This is the system $(\Phi, X)$.

Adaptation Mechanism of Corporations: Essence and Specific Features of Realisation Адаптационный механизм корпораций: сущность и особенности реализации [PDF]
The goal of the article is to reveal specific features of adaptation mechanism of corporations, its essence and specific features of realisation. In the result of the study, the article systemised views on the essence of the “adaptation” notion, specific
