치의학과/석사[한글] 비정형성 치통(Atypical Odontalgia)은 일반적으로 임상 및 방사선 검사상으로 정상이지만, 환자는 만성적인 동통을 호소하며 치과치료를 하여도 반응하지 않는 경우를 말한다. 본 연구에서는 비정형성 치통으로 여겨지는 환자의 임상적 특징과 설문 조사를 통해 다양한 연관성을 조사하여 비정형성 치통 환자가 불필요한 치과치료를 받지 않도록 진단과 치료에 다소나마 도움이 되는 자료를 제시하고자 하였다.
