Steep‐Switching Memory FET for Noise‐Resistant Reservoir Computing System
We demonstrate the steep‐switching memory FET with CuInP2S6/h‐BN/α‐In2Se3 heterostructure for application in noise‐resistant reservoir computing systems. The proposed device achieves steep switching characteristics (SSPGM = 19 mV/dec and SSERS = 23 mV/dec) through stabilization between CuInP2S6 and h‐BN.

Kapre: On-GPU Audio Preprocessing Layers for a Quick Implementation of Deep Neural Network Models with Keras [PDF]
We introduce Kapre, Keras layers for audio and music signal preprocessing. Music research using deep neural networks requires a heavy and tedious preprocessing stage, for which audio processing parameters are often ignored in parameter optimisation.

Halide Perovskite Memristor Crossbar Arrays for Low Voltage in Memory Computing
From early devices to centimeter‐scale crossbars, halide‐perovskite memristors now deliver ultra‐low‐energy, multilevel switching. Yet ion migration, device variability, and sneak currents hinder scaling. Advances in self‐rectifying junctions, nonlinear interfaces, bias maps, and hybrid oxides enhance array stability.

Self‐mixing interferometry is a powerful technique that brings together the exceptional sensitivity of phase measurements with the unequalled simplicity of the self‐mix configuration based on modulation of the cavity field induced by the return from the target. According to the selected measurand, displacement or vibration, and to the analog of digital
